For the first time I can remember, the two lost their cool in public where at least four other diners and a couple of waiters in a private room witnessed them having a blowout fight. Granted this intel only comes from two people who were in the room but once tabloids and wallets start digging perhaps they can get the waiters to spill.

The two were at dinner and had just had appetizers brought to the table.

A bodyguard was in one corner of the room seated at a table looking around but mostly looking at his phone. Beyonce started speaking louder and louder and Jay tried to get her to be quiet while looking around. The bodyguard started watching the scene and stopped looking at his phone but did not get up.

Things settled down when Jay whispered in Beyonce’s ear. About ten minutes later Beyonce said something else and whatever Jay said didn’t seem to work. He shrugged his shoulders and Beyonce started pointing at him and leaned over the table and got closer to his face and started talking louder.

He then said one last thing, pushed back her chair and threw her napkin on the table before getting up and headed towards the door. She motioned for the bodyguard to follow her and walked out the door to the room to the main part of the restaurant. By the time she got to the door, Jay had thrown literally a stack of money on the table and was chasing after her.

Chris Brown finally off probation of Rihanna assault case

After being declared free, Brown immediately took to tweeter to share the good news with his fans writing "IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!,".

Singer Chris Brown is finally free from the assault case which was leveled against him in 2009 involving his then girlfriend Rihanna as LA superior court Judge, James Brandlin closed the case on Friday, March 20, citing the R&B singer had completed his 1000.5 hours of community service.

Chris was charged with felony assault and making terroristic threats after his attack on Rihanna on February 18, 2009. He later pleaded guilty to the felony and accepted a plea deal for community service.

The “Loyal” singer has been in and out of court over the years, regarding whether he violated the probation, and Chris couldn't be happier that the drama is now behind him.

Suge Knight collapses in court after bail hearing

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Former rap music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight collapsed in a courtroom Friday shortly after a judge ordered him held on $25 million bail in a murder case.

Bailiffs cleared the courtroom, paramedics arrived with a stretcher a few minutes later and an ambulance was seen leaving the courthouse.

Defense attorney Matthew Fletcher said Knight was unconscious when the lawyer left the courtroom and an update on his condition was not immediately available.

Fletcher said his client, who is diabetic and has a blood clot, previously told him that he hadn't received any medication since Thursday.

Knight hit his head on a chair when he fell after the bail hearing, Fletcher said.

The 6-foot-4-inch tall Knight collapsed while deputies were bringing him back into the courtroom after Fletcher asked a judge to order that Knight be given his medication.

The attorney said Knight was being kept in solitary confinement in jail without proper access to medication.

"He's being treated worse than Charles Manson," Fletcher said.


The collapse marked the fourth time that Knight has been taken by ambulance from a courthouse since he was charged with killing Terry Carter, 55, in early February.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald S. Coen set bail on Friday at $25 million for Knight, who is accused of running down and killing Carter with his truck.

Coen made his decision after Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Barnes noted that Knight was on bail in a robbery case when he struck Carter and another man in a parking lot in Compton.

"He escalated his behavior and committed murder," Barnes told the judge.

Fletcher argued that Knight's bail should be set at $2 million, but Coen said the higher amount was warranted.

The attorney said before the hearing that his client likely could not post bail if it was set at $25 million.

Knight, the 49-year-old co-founder of Death Row Records, has pleaded not guilty to murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges.

Barnes filed a motion Thursday accusing Knight of being part of a scheme that has extorted more than $10 million from up-and-coming and established rappers in recent years.

Fletcher countered that prosecutors should file charges involving those extortion claims if they have enough evidence.

Fletcher also said phone records and other evidence in the murder case would show that Knight was lured to the location where the men were hit by the truck. Knight was attacked when he arrived and hit the two men while trying to flee the scene, the lawyer said.

Fletcher said Cle "Bone" Sloan acknowledged to sheriff's investigators that he attacked Knight. The attorney argued his client wasn't required to remain at the scene and endure the attack, and that Sloan should be charged.

"If his name wasn't 'Suge' Knight, they wouldn't have filed this case," Fletcher said.

Knight was a key player in the gangster rap scene that flourished in the 1990s, his label once listing Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg among its artists. Knight lost control of the company after it was forced into bankruptcy.

South African court rules appeal against Pistorius can go ahead

Johannesburg (AFP) - A South Africa court dismissed Friday an attempt by Oscar Pistorius's lawyers to stop an appeal that could see the fallen Paralympian hero spend significantly more time behind bars for killing his model girlfriend.

Pistorius's defence had sought to block prosecutors from appealing the double-amputee athlete's culpable homicide conviction in order to seek a murder verdict that carries more time in prison.

But Judge Thokozile Masipa, who presided over Pistorius's trial, criticised the athlete's lawyers and rejected their application.

The 28-year-old Paralympian was last year found guilty of culpable homicide -- a charge akin to manslaughter -- and sentenced to five years in prison for shooting Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day 2013.

State prosecutors were granted permission in December to appeal against the verdict, arguing that Masipa misinterpreted the law when she ruled Pistorius did not intentionally kill Steenkamp when he shot four times through a locked toilet door.

Pistorius's legal team countered that his conviction was based on facts presented during the trial and therefore could not be appealed.

Masipa on Friday said Pistorius's lawyers should argue their point in the appeals court itself, adding there was "nothing new" in their application.

"Before I gave my finding in December, both counsel had an opportunity to argue whether the points raised at the time were points of fact or points of law," Masipa told the court.


"Procedurally it would be wrong to grant or refuse this application... I strike off the application."

Masipa's decision paves the way for the prosecution's appeal to go ahead.

"The court today has confirmed, or agreed with the NPA, that this matter should not be entertained," National Prosecution Authority spokesman Velekhaya Mgobhozi said after the hearing.

"We will be going to the Supreme Court (of Appeal)."

Pistorius's lawyer Barry Roux shook his head when the decision was announced.

During the trial, Pistorius testified that he shot Steenkamp believing she was an intruder who had broken into his house in a gated Pretoria community.

The state argued he deliberately killed the 29-year-old law graduate and reality television star after an argument.

If an appeals court finds him guilty of murder, the athlete -- known as the "Blade Runner" for his prosthetic legs he wears on the track -- could face at least 15 years in jail.

Pistorius has been serving his sentence in a central Pretoria prison since October.

Due to his physical disability, he is being held in the hospital ward of the prison, shielding him from the often brutal overcrowded cells, known for gang violence.

Pistorius was jailed after a sensational months-long trial that made world headlines.

On Tuesday, Reeva's mother June said she was launching an anti-abuse organisation in her daughter's memory.

She refused to be drawn on the appeal process, saying it was "in the hands of the law".

Sire is 50 Cent's son with his ex-girlfriend, Daphne Joy. The two, who've had a turbulent relationship in the past, are "friends" now, he says.

However, Sire's not the only model in the family. 50 — real name Curtis Jackson — says he's been training in order to hulk up for an underwear ad he's shooting in three weeks. During the interview, 50 promises he'll be doing the full Wahlberg with the ads hopefully plastered all over Times Square. So now there's a grand total of one reason to ever be in Times Square.

It seems more and more obvious that the purported video of Suge Knight running over two men and killing one of them in Compton will be at the heart of both the defense and the prosecution when the case comes to trial.
It should come as no surprise that TMZ has got and posted a copy of the video in all its gruesome details (which you can see below).

As we reported, Knight – who’s scheduled to be back in court today (03-09-15) – drove to a Tam’s Burgers in Compton where Dr. Dre was filming footage connected with the NWA biopic, “Straight Outta Compton.” Knight had been kicked out of another location shoot 20 minutes earlier, and he claims he went to the burger place to make peace with Dre.

When you watch the video, Knight pulls up and is almost instantly confronted by Cle “Bone” Sloan, who did security for the film. Bone attacks Knight through the driver’s window, when the former music mogul suddenly throws the truck in reverse, clipping Bone with the side view mirror and knocking him down.

You also see Terry Carter — the man who ended up run over and dead — standing near Bone. Terry moves into the parking lot when Suge guns it again, hitting Bone a second time and mowing Terry down, mortally wounding him.

Suge claims he was not trying to run either man over but instead was trying to escape out of fear he would be killed. Suge’s lawyer claims Bone and Terry both had guns. Check out the video. As Bone lays on the ground you clearly see another man walk up, remove something from Bone and put it in his waistband.

Law enforcement tells TMZ … they believe the video shows that Suge could have escaped after hitting Bone the first time by simply driving down the road. But Suge’s people say the group assembled near the truck was ominous and he feared if he drove past them he’d be shot.

We know Suge claims that multiple people in the crowd — including Terry Carter — were threatening to shoot him.

Suge believes the video exonerates him. Prosecutors feel the opposite. (We blurred the portion where Terry is run over … it’s just too gruesome.)

“The Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third party descriptions of the video,” says the family’s attorney, Gary Dordick to TMZ.

After he ran his mouth about ex-girlfriend Amber Rose in a candid radio interview on Friday morning, she's fired back using the weapon of choice these days: Twitter.

In case you missed it, here's what Kanye had to say about Amber, whom he dated on and off for two years before ending their relationship in 2010. "It's very hard for a woman to wanna be with someone that's with Amber Rose," said Mr. Kim Kardashian. "I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim." He also claimed that his one-time love is only famous because his wife wouldn't date him when he first crushed on her. "[Rose is] just soaking in the moment. If Kim had dated me when I wanted, there would be no Amber Rose." Ouch.

Rose's response was pretty much what you'd expect from the woman who's publicly dissed Kim as a "homewrecker" and has claimed an underage Kylie Jenner was dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga last week. And, let's not forget, speculated that Kardashian family friend O.J. Simpson is actually the biological father of Khloé Kardashian in their Twitter feud this week.

Kanye West Slams Ex Amber Rose: "I Had to Take 30 Showers Before I Got With Kim"

Your move, Amber Rose. After days of Twitter feuding between the model and Khloe Kardashian, Rose's ex and Khloe's brother-in-law Kanye West appeared on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, where he made it very clear whose side he's on.

Asked about his former girlfriend's recent disses against his wife, Kim Kardashian, and the rest of her family, the "Only One" rapper replied, "She's just soakin' in the moment. If Kim had dated me when I first wanted to be with her, there wouldn't be an Amber Rose." 

Driving his point home even further, he added, "It's very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that's with Amber Rose...I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim."

West's slams are the just latest in the ongoing battle between Rose and the Kardashian family. Earlier this week, Wiz Khalifa's ex got into it with Khloe on Twitter, after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took issue with Rose's comments about Kylie Jenner, 17, and her relationship with Tyga, 25. 

Khloe mocked Rose's stripper past and then scolded her for talking about the Kardashians in interviews, to which the model responded with several tweets and memes blasting the famous reality TV family. She even insinuated in one message that O.J. Simpson was Khloe's real father. Other posts featured West, and made jokes about his wife having a sex tape.

Rose and the rapper dated from 2008 to 2010. Two years after their split, he coupled up with Kardashian, with whom he has a daughter, North.

NOLLYWOOD : Actor Intentionally Infects Wife With HIV

The Nollywood actor also revealed how he deliberately infected his wife with the deadly disease. Pulse reports that the actor, now a born-again Christian, who is based in Ghana, talked in an interview about how he went to Zambia for six months in April 2011 without his wife and two kids, to take part in plays teaching about HIV and AIDS. While there he enjoyed life, sleeping with about 80 women. 

“Life in Zambia was heaven on earth because we could enjoy life, moving in all places but I was missing my family. During that time I had quite a number of sexual activities and I slept with different women. When I came back home I never took care of the family. I started drinking life a fish and became an irresponsible husband leaving the entire burden to my wife,” he said.
The veteran actor also revealed that while knowing he could well be HIV positive, he infected his wife .

“I got tested while I was in Zambia after one of my girlfriends advised me about her pregnancy. She had gone for pregnancy tests and during that time she was tested for HIV and the results was shocking, she was positive. She forced me to get tested but I could not come to terms with the results. After I got tested I came back to Zimbabwe and I kept quiet about the issue. I never told my wife about the issue. I infected her but I regret. I later on received some counseling and it went well,” he explained

“During my peak of popularity I had sex with approximately 80 women, within Harare and Zambia. In 2002 it was so amazing to be on TV. I abused the fame. To make matters worse I lacked counseling and I failed to handle it properly, leaving me in this mud. I am now a born again Christian with UFIC under the guidance of Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa.” he said.

Athletics - Pistorius 'will serve just 10 months of five-year sentence'

Oscar Pistorius will be in jail for just 10 months of his five-year sentence for culpable homicide.

After the proceedings one of Pistorius's legal team, Roxanne Adams, told Sky News that Pistorius will serve just a sixth of his sentence in prison, due to the terms of the law under which he was sentenced.

He will serve the rest of his sentence under house arrest, she added.

A sixth of his sentence equates to just 10 months' jail time.
