Oscar Pistorius will be in jail for just 10 months of his five-year sentence for culpable homicide.
After the
proceedings one of Pistorius's legal team, Roxanne Adams, told Sky News
that Pistorius will serve just a sixth of his sentence in prison, due to
the terms of the law under which he was sentenced.
He will serve the rest of his sentence under house arrest, she added.
A sixth of his sentence equates to just 10 months' jail time.
